Running is a wonderful activity that can be enjoyed by almost anyone! However, some runners start a running program and for some reason or another never keep running.
If may be that they’ve started out running too many miles too quickly. They might have burned themselves out with over-training. Or, they may have gotten injured by trying to increase their mileage before they should.
Hi! My name is Judy Mick and I’ve been running since 1978 and have not missed a day of running since 1985. Yes, that’s right. I have run every day since 1985!
